"10 Years Making Church Together"

Ten years ago today, our founding Pastor Rev. Anna Woofenden Opened the Gates of the Garden and worked with a group of volunteers to clean up the space and begin filling up burlap sleeves which would become the first garden beds in what has now been our church home for a decade! It's hard to believe but we are marking this milestone. 

We have some celebrations planned--first this evening towards the end of 1st Thursday once the sun is down we will have a slideshow with images from our first 10 years making church together. On Sunday we will have our 10th Anniversary Worship service including Rev. Dr. David C. Brown, and our previous Pastor, Rev. Dr. Jonathan Mitchell. This celebration of making church together will include a special community meal prepared by some of our Chef Ish of Lit Cuisine and Kristina the "kitchen witch" (because of the magic she makes with our produce!) from Strega Nonna.  As part of our anniversary we are doing our best to capture as many reflections from our community as we can. If you haven't yet, please take a few minutes to share your memory by writing in a journal we have in the garden or by using this link.

$150 provides a ez-up for summertime worship 

$300 provides a Sunday meal for our weekly Eat Together time

$500 off sets our annual rental increase which begins July 1st
