Merry Christmas!

Christmas is 2 days away, and Advent will end in a rainstorm locally. We are grateful for our Christmas stable in inclement weather the theater across the street. Christmas Eve 3pm Worship tomorrow indoors at the Annex (434 W. 6th St.).

We may have a few extra family and a few less regulars but as usual we never know how many or who exactly to expect at our homemade kind of church. We are grateful for the rain so that our crops grow and at the same time pray for safety in town and in the greater Los Angeles area from flooding, accidents and building damage, because the prediction of amount of rain is abundant. It might be chaotic. But really when isn't there chaos somewhere in the world? A baby can be born into this. Jesus was born in difficult times and we continue to celebrate this gift. 

Please remember that there are 12 Days of Christmas, the holy days last, so please join us to dig deeper into the story of the Holy Family and their flight to Egypt because of Herod's cruelty on Sunday December 28th, 2025. What lessons can we learn from this immigrant family? It will only be the 4th Day of Christmas. Joy in the darkness, the rain will have ended by the. Please come share in the spirit of HOPE, PEACE and JOY no matter how difficult life is.

In observance of the Holidays there will be no Open Garden Friday 12/26; Tuesday 12/30 and Friday 1/2/26.
